About Let's Forró
We are a group of young people who are absolutely passionate about forró and who are spreading its spirit and culture. The team is giving everything to represent this amazing dance and to promote smiles wherever we dance by organizing classes, workshops, parties and festivals.
In August 2019, we officially established our association on a non-profit basis. Since then, the Let’s Forró Team has continued to evolve. We have organized courses of different levels, a weekly dance night at an amazing local bar/club, workshops with famous forró teachers from all over the world and last but not least, a 4-days-festival “Intenso” with about 100 participants. We think that’s a good beginning, right?
An important information about us: WE LOOOVE TO HUG! Of course, first of all we love to dance. But also to hug. A lot. Therefore, forró is not only the source of our energy in every doing, but also our key to happiness. This shows how loving and open our community is. We care about each member and value the friendships we were able to make through the community.
