About Let's Forró
We are a group of young people who are absolutely passionate about forró and who are spreading its spirit and culture. The team is giving everything to represent this amazing dance and to promote smiles wherever we dance. Join us in our mission to promote smiles by connecting lives through the Brazilian art, dance and culture of forró, nurturing a friendly community.
In August 2019, we officially established our association on a non-profit basis. Since then, Let’s Forró has continuously grown and evolved. We offer courses for different levels, bi-weekly socials, workshops and parties with renowned forró artists from all over the world. And every year, we throw our 3-day Festivalzinho, where about 350 forró lovers come together to dance and connect.
Of course, we’re passionate about dancing, but what equally matters to us is building a welcoming, open and warm community where everyone feels safe and supported. We care about each member and it’s the friendships we’ve made through the community that make it all so special!
